"Lead with Me, 2nd Edition transported me back to the fundamentals of my administrative roots, reminding me that the health of any educational community is contingent upon the effective use of distributed leadership and staff members feeling a sense of purpose within their organization. Dr. Pankake and Dr. Abrego provide crucial insights in building capacity for teacher leadership. Lead with Me is an effective tool for any aspiring or experienced administrator."Pam Castleman, Director of Continuing Education, Ventura County Office of Education, CA
"This book demystifies many of the common pitfalls that administrators fall victim to as they try to establish teacher leadership in their school. I really enjoyed reading this book and am considering ways to incorporate these principles into my daily leadership activities and organization!"
Joey L. Washington, Ed.D. Administrator, Galena Park High School, Galena Park, TX

System requirements:
- Computer (Windows; MacOS X; Linux): Install the free reader Adobe Digital Editions prior to download (see eBook Help).

The file format PDF always displays a book page identically on any hardware. This makes PDF suitable for complex layouts such as those used in textbooks and reference books (images, tables, columns, footnotes). Unfortunately, on the small screens of e-readers or smartphones, PDFs are rather annoying, requiring too much scrolling.
This eBook uses Adobe-DRM, a „hard” copy protection. If the necessary requirements are not met, unfortunately you will not be able to open the eBook. You will therefore need to prepare your reading hardware before downloading.
Please note: We strongly recommend that you authorise using your personal Adobe ID after installation of any reading software.
