Persons
Panagiotis Kyratsis (www.kyratsis.com) is the Head of the Department of Product and Systems Design Engineering, University of Western Macedonia, Greece. He is the Director of the Research Institute of Traditional Architecture and Cultural Heritage, and Director of the Computational Design and Digital Fabrication Research Laboratory. He has been involved in several industrial projects, and he has great expertise in both the design and the manufacturing aspects of product development. His main research interests include advanced manufacturing, CAD/CAM/CAE, product design, reverse engineering, and prototyping.
