Persons
Professor James T. O'Reilly taught in the College of Law and the College of Medicine at the University of Cincinnati. With this publication, he has published 57 texts and about 200 articles and previously served as Section Chair of the American Bar Association's Section of Administrative Law & Regulatory Practice. His books on elder care issues have been widely used and he has been active in legal aid programs for elders in the Cincinnati area. He is a graduate of Boston College and the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
