The Legal System of England and Wales is an ideal choice for all students looking for a modern, contemporary and
innovative textbook on this core area of the law, as its clear explanations, carefully developed learning tools
and focus on modern case law help bring the subject to life.
This fully updated new edition includes significantly revised coverage of statutory interpretation; a clarified
and consolidated chapter on legal professionals; more on new pathways to qualification in the legal profession,
and on diversity and well-being; and a new chapter on legal skills. The Legal System of England and Wales will also
help students translate knowledge successfully to an assessment situation (whether examination, tutorial
preparation or coursework) through the acquisition and development of key skills, such as problem-solving
and application, critical reasoning and evaluation and research and referencing. The accompanying digital
learning resources have also been updated, including additional video and audio content.
The Routledge Spotlights series brings a modern, contemporary approach to the core law curriculum, which
will help students to:
Move beyond an understanding of the law.
Refine and develop the key skills of problem-solving, evaluation and critical reasoning, which are essential to assessment success.
Discover sources and suggestions for taking your study further.
By focusing on recent case law and real-world examples, Routledge Spotlights will help you shed light on the law,
understand how it operates in practice and gain a unique appreciation of the contemporary context of the subject.

File format: PDF
Copy protection: without DRM (Digital Rights Management)
System requirements:
- Computer (Windows; MacOS X; Linux): Use the free software Adobe Reader, Adobe Digital Editions, or any other PDF viewer of your choice (see eBook Help).
- Tablet/Smartphone (Android; iOS): Install the free app Adobe Digital Editions or another reading app for eBooks, e.g., PocketBook (see eBook Help).
- E-reader: Bookeen, Kobo, Pocketbook, Sony, Tolino and many more (only limited: Kindle).
The file format PDF always displays a book page identically on any hardware. This makes PDF suitable for complex layouts such as those used in textbooks and reference books (images, tables, columns, footnotes). Unfortunately, on the small screens of e-readers or smartphones, PDFs are rather annoying, requiring too much scrolling.
This eBook does not use copy protection or Digital Rights Management.
