This volume constitutes the refereed proceedings of the workshops held at the 35th International Conference on Database and Expert Systems Applications, DEXA 2024, which took place in Naples, Italy, in August 2024.
The papers included in this book stem from the following workshops:

The 10 full papers and 5 short papers were thoroughly reviewed and selected from a total of 24 submissions. They were organized in topical sections as follows: Cyber-security and functional safety in cyber-physical systems; AI system engineering: math, modelling, and software; certainty in uncertainty: exploring probabilistic approaches in AI.

This eBook uses Watermark-DRM, a „soft” copy protection. This means that there are no technical restrictions to prevent illegal distribution. However, there is a personalised watermark embedded in the eBook that can be used to identify the purchaser of the eBook in the event of misuse and to provide evidence for legal purposes.
