A Sense of Self invites you on a journey through the poetry of love, where each verse becomes a window into the myriad ways we experience connection and longing.
Poetry, in its purest form, has long served as a vessel to capture the essence of love. This collection captures fleeting moments, transforming them into verse that beckons you to not just read, but to experience the profound connections woven through each line.
Helen Morris is a poet and writer based in the UK, currently living in Cambridgeshire. After a period of self discovery and personal development, she became interested in exploring spirituality and how this intersects with human relationships and connects us to the wider world and universe. She has used her writings to reflect on her experiences and hence, her first book A Sense of Self was born. Helen is a keen runner, loves being at one with nature and enjoys travelling to new places. She has a 19 year old daughter.
