Dr. Bikash Chandra Behera works as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, C. V. Raman Global University, Bhubaneswar, India. He is currently working in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning applications in manufacturing processes. Dr. Behera received his master's and doctoral degrees from the NIT, Rourkela, India, and the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India, respectively. Throughout his career, he has authored more than 30 articles published in peer-reviewed reputable journals. He has presented articles at globally reputed conferences and has published book chapters, as well. His research interests include Sustainable Machining, Machining Tribology, and Micro Machining.
Dr. Kamalakanta Muduli is presently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, at the Papua New Guinea University of Technology, Lae, Morobe Province, Papua New Guinea. He is also a Visiting Researcher at the University of Derby, UK. He obtained his Ph.D. from the School of Mechanical Sciences, IIT Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India. Dr. Muduli has over 17 years of academic experience in India and Papua New Guinea. Dr. Muduli is a recipient of the ERASMUS+ KA107 award provided by the European Union and has published 94 papers in peer-reviewed international journals, most of which are indexed in Clarivate Analytics, and Scopus, and listed in ABDC. He has also presented more than 35 papers at National and International Conferences. Dr. Muduli has guest edited 5 Special Issues journals and 10 books published by Springer, CRC Press of Taylor & Francis, MDPI, Wiley-Scrivener, and Apple Academic Press. He also has guided three Ph.D. students and is a fellow of the Institution of Engineers India. He is also a senior member of the Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering and a member of ASME. His current research interest includes Manufacturing, Sustainable supply chain management, and Industry 4.0 applications in operations and supply chain management.
