Vladimir Modrak is a Professor of Manufacturing Technology and Vice Rector for International Relations of Technical University of Kosice. He obtained his PhD in Mechanical Engineering at the same University in 1989. His research works were published at a number of international conferences and in international journals.. He was leading editor of three international books on Operations Management Research and Cellular Manufacturing Systems, Handbook of Research on Design and Management of Lean Production Systems, and Research in Engineering and Management of Advanced Manufacturing Systems.
