Reviews / Votes
"With the increasing role of engineering in medicine, this is a wonderful book describing the latest efforts in medical applications of engineering. It is useful for both medical professionals and engineers, as it introduces state-of-the-art technologies for medical applications in data analysis technologies using AI, materials engineering, measurement technologies such as optical and high-frequency imaging, and basic element formation technologies."Prof. Akinobu Teramoto
Hiroshima University, Japan
"This book adeptly explores biomedical engineering's synergy with science and healthcare. Covering biomaterials, medical devices, and advanced medical systems, it reveals engineering's transformative impact on healthcare. A must-read for professionals and enthusiasts, providing deep insights into groundbreaking innovations shaping the future of medicine. Engaging, informative, and pivotal, this book stands as a beacon in the advancement of biomedical engineering."
Prof. Masakazu Kimura
Shizuoka University, Japan
"The first volume of Biomedical Engineering has received favorable reviews since its publication in 2022; however, it was impossible for a volume to cover all the emerging topics of such rapidly extending research field. In this volume, a wide range of up-to-date biomedical technologies from materials to imaging systems, including electric devices, have been intensively illustrated."

The file format PDF always displays a book page identically on any hardware. This makes PDF suitable for complex layouts such as those used in textbooks and reference books (images, tables, columns, footnotes). Unfortunately, on the small screens of e-readers or smartphones, PDFs are rather annoying, requiring too much scrolling.
This eBook uses Adobe-DRM, a „hard” copy protection. If the necessary requirements are not met, unfortunately you will not be able to open the eBook. You will therefore need to prepare your reading hardware before downloading.
