Microfoundations of Information System Agility, Knowledge Management and Firm Performance

First paper focuses on the issue of production efficiency of environmental protection enterprises in FTZs. Changes in the external and internal environments of enterprises can easily lead to changes in the production efficiencies of enterprises. The second paper analyses the extent to which Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) plays a role in the adoption of eco-efficiency principles in the financial sector. The third paper analyses the impact of dynamic capability (DC) of emerging market multinationals (EMNEs) on their firm technological performance by teasing out the concepts of agility and knowledge management (KM) through DC. The fourth paper aims to identify the influence of innovation network and technological learning on innovation performance of high-tech cluster enterprises. The purpose of the eleventh article is to present a comprehensive framework to understand the difficulties in the smooth flow of knowledge in MNCs. The Last article aims to reveal the dynamics of KCL in mobile collaboration, and analyze how network centrality influences KCL states considering the current loafing state.
