Dr. Hocine Belmili is Senior Research in Electronics Engineering. He obtained his Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from National Polytechnic School (Algeria) in 2012. In 2014, he received the HDR degree from Saad Dahlab University of Blida. His research interests are in the areas of renewable energy systems, distributed systems, the application of advanced methods in control and improvement in energy conversion systems, the energy management, and fault detection in hybrid systems.
Dr. Seddik Bacha received his Ph.D. and HDR degrees in Electrical Engineering from Grenoble Electrical Engineering Laboratory, Grenoble, France, in 1993 and 1998, respectively. He is currently Program Scientific Director and Scientific Council Chair of the SuperGrid Institute of Energy Transition, France, and Research Officer with the Grenoble Electrical Engineering of Grenoble. His research interests include modeling and control of electrical energy processes, such as renewable energy systems, intelligent buildings, V2G, microgrids, and HVdc supergrids.
