Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. I leave to bibliographical experts the question of the rela tive dates of the three title-pages. It is possible that the letter of Turnehus may have given offence and been suppressed, and indeed it would be strange, if the imprint William Morel, typographer Royal,' came after the others.
