Trump's share of the Pennsylvania mail-in vote from 22 percent against incumbent Joe Biden to 34.5 percent against candidate Kamala Harris. Cliff has committed to chasing ballots every election to make Pennsylvania a permanent ?Red Wall? for Republicans.
