You can't think how you're thinking going where you're going!

These are all feelings I struggled with throughout my life. I learned that if you are not intentional about guarding the heart of your mind, lies, fears and insecurities will control your life. Don't allow the lies you have accepted as truth in your past remain truth in your future!

Think Up to Get Up will help you confront your destructive ways of thinking and bring healing and restoration through the grace of Jesus Christ. The principles in this book are based on the Bible, and when applied, can help you break free from toxic thoughts.

Growth is just as uncomfortable as stagnation; the only difference is that one is intentional!
