A former crime reporter turned Ringo Award-winning comic book creator, David Pepose has written titles such as SAVAGE AVENGERS, FANTASTIC FOUR, HULK, AVENGERS UNLIMITED, DARTH VADER: BLACK, WHITE & RED, SPENCER & LOCKE, GOING TO THE CHAPEL, THE O.Z., SCOUT'S HONOR, and much more. Raised in St. Louis, David now lives in sunny Los Angeles with his understanding partner, their rambunctious terrier, and at least six deadlines.
RICHARD ASHLEY HAMILTON is an award-winning Cuban-American (no, really) writer and creative consultant best known for his storytelling across many DreamWorks Animation franchises including How To Train Your Dragon and Guillermo Del Toro's Trollhunters. He wrote on the Daytime Emmy-winning first season of Dragons: Race to the Edge and scripted the Lumiere award-winning How To Train Your Dragon: Hidden World Tour VR experience. But in his heart, Richard remains a lifelong comic book fan and has created titles at Dark Horse, Aftershock, Insight, Sandstorm, and more. For Mad Cave Studios' Maverick imprint, he currently writes two YA graphic novel series, SCOOP and TECTIV?recipient of a Kirkus Starred Review and featured in their list of the Top 100 Indie Books of 2025?with the all-ages adventure, LEO DA VINCI: RENAISSANCE KID, released by Papercutz on April 15, 2026 (Leonardo da Vinci's actual birthday). Richard's middle-grade horror story, FEARBOOK CLUB, was also named a Junior Library Guild Official Selection. Richard lives in Glendale, CA, with his wife, their two sons, and a Husky named Lulu.

Anthony Cleveland is a comic book writer and creator. Previous to Mad Cave Comics, he has self-published a one shot comic and several horror shorts.
Fred Kennedy, widely recognized as "Fearless Fred," has made significant contributions with works such as Dead Romans (Image Comics), The Fourth Planet, and the Teuton Trilogy. His storytelling often intertwines historical narratives with rich character development. Notably, Dead Romans delves into the Battle of Teutoburg Forest, showcasing his passion for history?a passion ignited during his childhood in Belgium, where visits to Roman ruins left a lasting impression. Kennedy's diverse talents also extend to voice acting and writing for video games, including contributions to the Assassin's Creed: Visionaries series. His multifaceted career reflects a deep commitment to storytelling across various media platforms.
Sebastián Píriz is an Artist from Buenos Aires with more than 10 years of experience working mostly for indie publishers. His recent works are Disaster Inc. (Aftershock) We Ride Titans (Vault) and Census (Comixology Originals). He co-created Black Beacon with Ryan K. Lindsay for Heavy Metal magazine, and he's done covers for titles like Red Sonja, Stranger Things, and Transformers.
After finishing his illustration studies in Buenos Aires, Pablo Andrés moved to Spain, where he began drawing comics and where he currently resides. His work has been published in Dark Horse Comics, Disney Comics, Insight Comics, Hugo Publishing and Z2 Comics. He is co-creator of the Webtoon Summer Lights, which was awarded a special mention.
