Prof. Erwin Loh is the national Chief Medical Officer for St Vincent's Health Australia. He is qualified in medicine and law and has an MBA, Master of Health Service Management, and Ph.D. He is Vice President of the Royal Australasian College of Administrators. He is an adjunct Professor at Monash University, the University of Melbourne, and Macquarie University. He teaches and conducts research in health law, health management, and clinical leadership. He received the Distinguished Fellow Award from RACMA in 2017 for "commitment to governance, research, and publication ."
Dr. Paul W. Long is the Founding Director Centre for Health Leadership, Australasia. Paul is an experienced senior health sector consultant and academic specializing in organizational systems and behavior change. He is also the author of 2 other books on clinical leadership and many high-profile reports and papers on systems approaches to improving the safety and quality of health care through cultural change, leadership, and engagement. Dr. Long is a research fellow at St Vincent's Health Australia and a Harvard Kennedy School of Government alumnus. He has a doctorate in business administration.
