Jack continues to spin off million dollar ideas and some he follows. Nikki learns to fly Jack's jet and keeps having babies, the second is Jack Junior after she fills out the rolls with two more. Eloise, who owns a bank, finds a suitable man, Richard, and marries and has a daughter, Ellie. Richard is a chronic workaholic so Jack's half-brother Lonnie, charmed by Ellie, takes her everywhere. Eloise says Ellie isn't around many children, but Lonnie makes a good substitute. Jack and lonnie know they're brothers and Jack's dad finally fesses up what they have known since fourth grade. Jack's mother died in childbirth and Jack's dad hired a nanny to care for Jack and the inevitable happens and the Nanny has Lonnie but won't marry Jack's dad. Jack Uncle on the way back from a bombing run in Laos strays into Cambodia and get shot down and doesn't survive. His wife, stateside, commits suicide and leaves a baby girl, Eloise. Jack's dad brings her home to the nanny, Edith, who is happy to have Lonnie and Eloise. Jack and Lonnie capitalize on every good idea and overcome every hardship with sweat and often tears to become very wealthy. Read and enjoy this family tale convoluted but happy.

He served 11 years in the USAF as part of the Strategic Air Command, then worked at Boeing Military Aircraft and later in industry before spending 25 years as a long-haul trucker. Now retired, he lives in Decatur, Alabama, where he continues to write stories grounded in the people and places that shaped him.
