You give great feedback... but nothing changes. The teams attend trainings... then revert back.
The problem isn't skill or motivation.
It's the invisible scripts people follow about who they are, what's safe, and what's possible.
In Burn the Script, Jo Lein introduces Disruptive Mindset Coaching, a practical framework for lasting change:
Identify → Disrupt → Replace
- Identify the belief beneath the behavior
- Disrupt the thinking that keeps people stuck
- Replace it with beliefs that hold under pressure
What you'll learn
- Why traditional coaching fails in high-stakes environments
- How to recognize resistance as protection?not defiance
- How to break performance plateaus through deliberate practice
- How to shift behavior by changing belief?not just technique
Who it's for
Leaders, coaches, and professionals who:
- Know people are capable of more?but can't unlock it
- Are tired of surface-level change
- Want real, sustainable transformation
You don't need more strategies. You need to change the story driving them.
Burn the script?and everything changes.
