Professor Way Kuo, a pioneer in reliability ofelectronics systems, is renowned for his work in systemsreliability. He is a member of US National Academy of Engineeringand Academia Sinica, Taiwan, as well as a foreign member of theChinese Academy of Engineering. He serves as President of CityUniversity of Hong Kong and is Editor-in-Chief of IEEETransactions on Reliability. He has served at Texas A&MUniversity and was on the senior management team of Oak RidgeNational Laboratory when he served as Dean of Engineering at theUniversity of Tennessee.
