Integrating Cloud, Fog, and Edge Computing in Healthcare: Federated Learning and Blockchain Approaches

Dr. Naween Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the School of Computer Science Engineering & Technology at Bennett University, Greater Noida, India. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Patna-800005, India, in 2021. His research expertise spans Sensor Networks (WSN, MANET, VNET, IoT), Optimization, and Cloud Computing. Dr. Kumar has authored over 60 articles published in refereed journals and at international conferences, along with contributing chapters to various academic books. He is actively involved in advisory roles for several start-ups and provides consultancy to industry leaders such as AWS, Microsoft, and Oracle. In addition to his academic work, Dr. Kumar collaborates with renowned professors from top QS-ranked universities worldwide. He also serves as a reviewer for prestigious journals published by IEEE, Elsevier, and Springer. Dr. Kumar is a member of the Computer Science Teachers Association (CSTA) and the International Association of Engineers (IAENG).

Dr. Shailendra Pratap Singh currently serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur-273010 (U.P.), India. His areas of expertise include Engineering Education, Optimization and its Applications, Artificial Intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), Algorithms, and Data Science. Dr. Singh earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT), Allahabad (Prayagraj), India, in 2017. He has approximately 15 years of academic experience, having served in various esteemed engineering institutions across the country. Over the course of his career, he has authored and published more than 75 high-impact research papers in reputed journals and conferences, including those organized by Springer, Elsevier, and IEEE. Additionally, he has authored and edited more than three scholarly books. He holds Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral degrees from premier institutions in India. His dedication to teaching is reflected in his innovative use of design thinking principles in classroom instruction. Beyond academia, Dr. Singh contributes as a consultant in the field of Industrial IoT and serves on the advisory boards of several start-ups and professional forums. He has also delivered more than 22 invited talks at various national and international conferences and symposiums.

Dr. Prithi Samuel is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computational Intelligence at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Kattankulathur Campus, Chennai. She has completed her Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering from Anna University, Chennai. She has got over 17 years of teaching experience in reputed engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu. She is a pioneer researcher in the areas of Automata Theory, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computational Intelligence Techniques, and the Internet of Things. She has published papers in leading International Journals and International Conferences and published books and book chapters in Wiley, Taylor and Francis, Springer and Elsevier. She is an active IEEE, ACM Member and holds an ISTE and IAENG lifetime membership.

Dr. Balamurugan Balusamy is currently working as an Associate Dean Student in Shiv Nadar University, Delhi-NCR. Prior to this assignment he was Professor, School of Computing Sciences & Engineering and Director International Relations at Galgotias University, Greater Noida, India. His contributions focus on Engineering Education, Block chain and Data Sciences. His Academic degrees and twelve years of experience working as a faculty in a global University like VIT University, Vellore has made him more receptive and prominent in his domain. He does have 200 plus high impact factor papers in Springer, Elsevier, and IEEE. He has done more than 80 Edited and authored books and collaborated with eminent professors across the world from top QS ranked university. Prof. Balamurugan Balusamy has served up to the position of Associate Professor in his stint of 12 years of experience with VIT University, Vellore. He had completed his Bachelors, Masters, and PhD Degrees from Top premier institutions from India. His passion is teaching and adapts different design thinking principles while delivering his lectures. He has published 80+ books on various technologies and visited 15 plus countries for his technical course. He has several top-notch conferences in his resume and has published over 200 of quality journal, conference and book chapters combined. He serves in the advisory committee for several start-ups and forums and does consultancy work for industry on Industrial IOT. He has given over 195 talks in various events and symposium.

Dr. Chander Prabha is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Chitkara University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Chitkara University, Punjab, India. She had done her PhD (Computer Science Engineering) in 2017 and her ME in 2004. More than 20+ Years of Academic / Research Experience with many Publications at various National and International Conferences and International Journals. She has published many book chapters in CRC Press, Elsevier, IGI, and Wiley. She is the Guest Editor Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things, Near East University, Turkey. Recently she is selected as a member of the Editorial Board of PLOS One Journal having an H-Index of 435. Also serves as an editor and reviewer of many international conferences and Journals of repute. Many online certifications are also there in her credit. She is a Lifetime member of educational societies like ISTE, IAENG, SCIEI, IIRJC, IACSIT, IEEE etc. Her areas of interest are wireless and mobile networks' architectures, protocols, performance evaluations, Machine learning, data analytics, and Law.
