B. Rajesh Kumar is a Professor at the School of Commerce and Management, Shiv Nadar University, Chennai. He received his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur. He has over 26 years of academic experience, including 16 years of teaching and research in the United Arab Emirates. Earlier he has served as Professor and Dean (Academics) at a business school in Dubai accredited by the Federal Ministry of Higher Education & Research, UAE.
He has authored over 65 empirical research papers in refereed journals and has ten scholarly books published by Springer, Academic Press-Elsevier, Palgrave Macmillan and McGraw-Hill.
