Persons
Pradeep Kumar has over 19 years of experience in teaching and research. His primary research interests include VLSI design, microelectronics, nanoelectronics, device modeling and simulation, and the design and verification of digital circuits using Verilog/SystemVerilog. He has published more than 80 research papers in reputed SCI and Scopus-indexed journals and conferences. He is also the author of two books and has successfully supervised six Ph.D. and two M.Phil. scholars, along with numerous B.Tech and M.Tech projects. He has also contributed as a reviewer, TPC member, and resource person for industry training programs.
William Navaraj is a Chartered Engineer and Senior Lecturer in the Department of Engineering at Nottingham Trent University. He has over eight years of research experience across interdisciplinary projects. He began his career at Honeywell and earned his Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Glasgow, where he also worked as a postdoctoral researcher. His contributions include developing key demonstrators for EPSRC and European Commission-funded projects. He served as the theme leader for Assistive Robotics Technology at the Bendable Electronics and Sensing Technologies (BEST) group at the University of Glasgow. Prior to this, he worked as a Scientist at CSIR-CEERI and as an Assistant Professor at AcSIR. Dr. Navaraj has over 50 peer-reviewed publications, two filed patents, and two book chapters to his credit. He also serves as a reviewer for several international journals and conferences.
Fernando Moreira is a Full Professor in the Department of Science and Technology at Portucalense University, where he has been a faculty member since 1992. He served as Head of the Science and Technology Department from May 2018 to February 2022. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science (1992), a Master's in Electronic Engineering (1997), a Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering (2003), and a Habilitation (2018), all from the University of Porto. Dr. Moreira has authored over 250 peer-reviewed publications and has supervised numerous Ph.D. and Master's students. He is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for several journals and has organized special issues for JCR-indexed publications. He has served on scientific and program committees for numerous conferences and held the position of MSc in Computation coordinator for ten years. He is a steering committee member of the REMIT research center and has co-edited several academic books. His research interests include mobile computing, ICT in higher education, mobile learning, social business, and digital transformation. He is affiliated with NSTICC, ACM, and IEEE, and was honored with the prestigious Atlas Elsevier Award in April 2019.
