Description
Stepping into his parents' legendary combat boots, Captain Mud Madison (please stop calling him 'Newt') is still breaking in his fresh Insertion Team. Their corporate mandate is simple: drop in when a planetary crisis turns truly ugly, apply heavy ordinance, and stabilize the sector. But when their latest drop vehicle enters atmosphere as a literal, splitting fireball with zero brakes, "smooth deployment" goes right out the observation window. Surviving a tactical beach landing is just the warm-up, because an ancient cosmic secret is about to breach their reality.
