Dr. Neetesh Saxena is currently an Assistant Professor (lecturer) with the School of Computer Science and Informatics at Cardiff University, UK with more than 14 years of teaching/research experience in academia. Before joining CU, he was an Assistant Professor with Bournemouth University, UK. Prior to this, he was a Post-Doctoral Researcher in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology, USA. He was also with the Department of Computer Science, The State University of New York (SUNY) Korea, South Korea as a Post-Doctoral Researcher and a Visiting Scholar at the Department of Computer Science, Stony Brook University, USA. He earned my PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Indore, India. He was a DAAD Scholar at Bonn-Aachen International Center for Information Technology (B-IT), Rheinische-Friedrich-Wilhelms Universitaet, Bonn, Germany and was also a TCS Research Scholar. His current research interests include cyber security and critical infrastructure security, including cyber-physical system security: smart grid, V2G and cellular communication networks. He has published several high-quality publications in IEEE/ACM Transactions, IEEE, Elsevier and Springer Journals, as well as in ACM CCS workshop, IEEE ICC, IEEE TrustCom, IEEE SMC, ACSAC, and IEEE CCNC. He is a recipient of the ComSoc YP and WICE Best Paper Award at IEEE ICC 2017. He has organised several conferences and workshops including an IEEE SMC Society sponsored summer school "Human Factors in System Safety and Security" at the Bournemouth University, UK. He has also served as a reviewer for many prestigious IEEE journals, such as TIFS, TVT, COMST, TSG, TII, TSC, TC, TMC, TEM and SJ. He has served as a session chair for IEEE SMC 2013 and 2018, and a track chair: Information Technology and the Internet for IEEE TEMSCON 2018. He has also been a TPC member for many international conferences such as IEEE ICC, IEEE MILCOM, IEEE TrustCom, IEEE SmartGridCom, IEEE WiMob, IEEE PIMRC and IEEE ICCC, and an independent reviewer for ESORICS, ECIS, IEEE VTC, HICSS, IEEE ICUFN and TEMSCON. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and a member of IEEE SMC, IEEE ComSoc, ACM, and Eta Kappa Nu.
Prof. (Dr.) Dilkeshwar Pandey Ph.D. (DCRUST, Haryana), M.E. (Delhi College of Engineering, DU), B.E. (BIT, Sindri ) Professor, CSE, KIET Group Of Institutions, NCR, Ghaaziabad. Possessing over 30 years of experience in teaching and software development, Dr. Dilkeshwar Pandey is an avid researcher and has immensely contributed in transforming computer education in the Institution. Spearheading Innovation and R & D in areas such as Computer Vision and Data Science. He has been pivotal in conceiving and organizing Faculty Development Programs to stay abreast with latest developments. He has guided not only students but also research scholars across the country, especially in area of Image Processing. He has also contributed through publishing numerous papers in journals of International repute. He has published 6 patents and one has been granted.
