Harold Kerzner, PhD, is Senior Executive Director for Project, Program and Portfolio Management at the International Institute of Learning, Inc. (IIL). Dr. Kerzner's impact on the project management industry inspired IIL to establish the Kerzner International Project Manager of the Year Award.
