In addition to his nonfiction works, Keith has published numerous creative works, including a critically acclaimed memoir (The Next Better Place) and 15 short story collections, most recently Let Us Now Speak of Extinction. His fiction has been nominated for several awards, among them the Pen/O.Henry Award, the Pushcart Prize, the National Indie Excellent Award, and the International Book Award.
