Professor Gurpreet S. Dhillon holds the G. Brint Ryan Endowed Chair of Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity at the University of North Texas, USA. He also holds honorary appointments at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, and the University of Lisbon, Portugal. He earned a Ph.D. from the London School of Economics and was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from OErebro University, Sweden, in 2019. Several of his research papers have been published in FT50 journals. He is the author of over a dozen books, including a best-selling cybersecurity graduate textbook. Additionally, his expertise has been featured in prominent media outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, USA Today, Business Week, CNN, NBC News, NPR, and TEDx, among others.
Dr. Sita Rani works in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana, India. Previously, she has worked as a professor and the Deputy Dean Research at Gulzar Group of Institutions, Khanna, India. She earned her Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University, Kapurthala, Punjab, in 2018. She has also completed the Post Graduate Certificate Program in Data Science and Machine Learning from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, in 2023. She also completed her Postdoc from Big Data Mining and Machine Learning Lab, South Ural State University, Russia, in August 2023. She has more than 20 years of teaching experience. She is an active member of ISTE, IEEE, and IAEngg. She is the receiver of ISTE Section Best Teacher Award (2020) and International Young Scientist Award (2021). She has contributed to various research activities while publishing articles in the renowned SCI and Scopus journals and conference proceedings. She has published several international patents and authored/edited/coedited 12 books. She has delivered many expert talks in AICTE-sponsored Faculty Development Programs and keynote talks in many national and international conferences. She has also organized many international conferences during her 20 years of teaching experience. She is a member of the editorial board and a reviewer of many international journals of repute. She is also the vice-president of SME and MSME (UT Council), Women Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI) for the last three years. Her research interest includes Data Science, Machine Learning, Internet of Things (IoT), and Smart Healthcare.
Dr. Ahmed A. Elngar is an associate professor and head of the Computer Science Department at the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, Beni-Suef University, Egypt. He is also an associate professor of Computer Science at the College of Computer Information Technology, American University in the Emirates, United Arab Emirates. Also, he is an adjunct professor at the School of Technology, Woxsen University, India. He is the founder and head of the Scientific Innovation Research Group (SIRG). He is a director of the Technological and Informatics Studies Center (TISC), Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, Beni-Suef University. He has more than 150 scientific research papers published in prestigious international journals and over 35 books covering such diverse topics as data mining, intelligent systems, social networks, and smart environment. He is a collaborative researcher. He is a member of the Egyptian Mathematical Society (EMS) and the International Rough Set Society (IRSS). His other research areas include the Internet of Things (IoT), Network Security, Intrusion Detection, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Authentication, Cryptology, Healthcare Systems, and Automation Systems. He is an editor and a reviewer of many international journals. He won several awards including the Young Researcher in Computer Science Engineering, from Global Outreach Education Summit and Awards 2019 in Delhi, India. Also, he was awarded the Best Young Researcher Award (Male) (Below 40 years), and Global Education and Corporate Leadership Awards (GECL-2018).
