Person
Erica Jorgensen is the author of Strategic Content Design: Tools and Research Techniques for Better UX, published by Rosenfeld Media. She's a content designer, content strategist, and team leader who speaks frequently at conferences including UXDX USA, UX Lisbon, Microsoft Design Week, Web Directions Summit Sydney, and Button: The Content Design Conference. She's worked at startups (Amazon and Rover.com) and global companies (Expedia and Microsoft). Erica has also taught courses and workshops on content and analytics for the University of Washington and Seattle's School of Visual Concepts (svcseattle.com), and facilitates workshops on content strategy and content usability for companies around the world. She's a graduate of the University of Connecticut and the University of Missouri-Columbia's School of Journalism.
