* Explains what is meant by inclusive leadership and why it is important.
* Presents a scientifically grounded model of inclusive leadership that brings the concept to life in a practical and tangible way.
* Explores the components of the model (leader wellbeing, drivers of inclusive leadership and inclusive leader behaviours).
* Provides the evidence supporting each of these components with engaging case examples to bring the topic to life.
* Translates the research into practical recommendations and actions leaders can take to apply what they have learned and practice inclusive leadership.
Simplifying Inclusive Leadership is the ideal introductory text for managers and leaders at any level who wish to enhance their leadership practice and support their team members to thrive.

The file format PDF always displays a book page identically on any hardware. This makes PDF suitable for complex layouts such as those used in textbooks and reference books (images, tables, columns, footnotes). Unfortunately, on the small screens of e-readers or smartphones, PDFs are rather annoying, requiring too much scrolling.
This eBook uses Adobe-DRM, a „hard” copy protection. If the necessary requirements are not met, unfortunately you will not be able to open the eBook. You will therefore need to prepare your reading hardware before downloading.
