Maxim Romanenko IAP, the author, has more than 20 years of international work experience in the world's leading airlines and airport operators, and is the first person in the CIS countries and Central Asia region to receive the International Airport Professional academic aviation degree from ICAO and Airports Council International, as well as the diploma in aviation leadership and management from IATA and Harvard Business Publishing.
