This book includes original, peer-reviewed research papers from the 2025 9th Chinese Conference on Swarm Intelligence and Cooperative Control (CCSICC2025), held in Shanghai, China, from Oct. 31 to Nov. 3, 2025. Yongzhao Hua is with the Institute of Artificial Intelligence, Beihang University, Beijing, 100191, China. Yongzhao Hua is currently an associate professor with the Institute of Artificial Intelligence, Beihang University, Beijing, China. His research interests include distributed control, optimization, and game for multi-agent systems.
Yishi Liu is with the School of Cyber Science and Technology, Beihang University, Beijing 100191, China. Yishi Liu received the Ph.D. degree in navigation, guidance, and control from Beihang University, Beijing, China, in 2019. He was a visiting researcher with the Department of Aerospace Engineering, University of Bristol, Bristol, UK, from 2017 to 2018. He is currently an associate professor with the School of Cyber Science and Technology, Beihang University. His research interests include resilient cooperative control, fault diagnosis, and fault-tolerant control.
Rui Yan is with the Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Sino-French Engineer School, Beihang University, Beijing 100191, China. Rui Yan received the B.E. degree from Beihang University, Beijing, China, in 2015, and the Ph.D. degree from Tsinghua University, Beijing, in 2021, both in automatic control. He was a visiting student with the University of California, Santa Barbara from 2019 to 2020. From 2021 to 2024, he was a postdoctoral fellow with the Department of Computer Science, University of Oxford. Since 2024, he has been with the School of Artificial Intelligence, Beihang University, where he is currently a professor. His research interests include reach-avoid differential games, neuro-symbolic games, multi-agent reinforcement learning, and LLM-based decision-making.
