It is good content. Content that has a high quality, is relevant, understands the users, and speaks their language. Content that creates value and creates a dialogue between the users and the company. The following pages will tell you a little more in detail about how you can create better content for your audience, and also why you should do so. The structure and most of the content are based on the book "Think Content!" by Miriam Löffler. It will help make the internet a better place, little by little.
