Richard was the chairman and co-founder of AllBusiness.com, one ofthe premier Web sites for small businesses. He was also thefounder, CEO, and chairman of LawCommerce, Inc., an Internetcompany dedicated to providing products and sources to the legalprofession.
He has lectured extensively before various legal and businessorganizations, including the American Electronics Association, theVenture Capital Institute, the California Continuing Education ofthe Bar, Law Journal Seminars-Press, the California State BarBusiness Section, the Corporate Counsel Institute, the SanFrancisco Bar, and the Practicing Law Institute (PLI).
Richard has served as the chairman of the California State BarCommittee on Partnerships, the co-chairman of the CorporationsCommittee of the San Francisco Bar (Barristers), a member of theExecutive Committee of the Business Law Section of the CaliforniaState Bar, and co-chair of the Law Journal seminar in NewYork on "Joint Ventures and Strategic Alliances."
