Murder is never good manners
Ingénue etiquette expert Maximus Glyde is only a few years into his coaching career, already putting his more seasoned colleagues out of joint, having been nominated so young for a coveted Golden Napkin award.
But when one of Europe's oldest monarchies comes knocking, one simply cannot refuse. The Grand Duke of Incomtaxhafen requires urgent assistance to polish and refine his son's hapless bride-to-be, Wilmslow's second-favourite influencer, Chanel Preston. While his appointment may raise a few eyebrows in polite company, Maximus knows he is the gentleman for the job.
Then, mere days into his appointment, the Grand Duchess is found dead in her hotel suite, stabbed in the neck with a strawberry fork belonging to Maximus. All suspicion turns to him.
If he is to clear his name, Maximus will have to take the investigation into his own well-manicured hands. Who'd have thought that etiquette could be so deadly?
