Atlantic Community in Crisis: A Redefinition of the Transatlantic Relationship focuses on the findings of a project on the variety of strains that affected the Atlantic Community, completed by the Institute for Foreign Policy Analysis under an original grant from the Fritz-Thyssen-Stiftung, Cologne, the Federal Republic of Germany.
