Manuel Hess is a research associate at the Chair for Entrepreneurship of the University of St.Gallen. He is a lecturer to students, entrepreneurs, and executives for Entrepreneurship and Business Metrics. Manuel's PhD-research focuses on investor decision-making and the influence of board members on new venture success. As project manager of the Competence Center St.Galler Startup Navigator, he is responsible for research and use of the Navigator within startups and established companies alike.
