Dr. Halil Göksan is a Swiss-Turkish jurist passionate about the Sustainable Development Goals. This book originates from his doctoral dissertation obtained from the University of Geneva with Magna cum Laude mention. He also specialises in international administrative law and authored a publicly available handbook on UN Administrative Law.
