Birgit Glorius is associate professor of human geography of central eastern Europe at Chemnitz University of Technology, Germany. Izabela Grabowska-Lusinska is a research fellow at the Center of Migration Research at the University of Warsaw and director of the Institute of Sociology at the Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities.
