Writing experience:
By the end of 1980, I had written the lyrics of many songs and poems. Many of my lyrics were put to music and recorded, including 16 songs for the stage musical 'The Ultra' here in Berlin, where I still live. I participated in a screenwriting workshop given by Sid Field. Since then, I have written several short stories and become an actor, appearing on German TV and cinema films. I wrote the stage play.'The truth about the Jones.' 2010, which had to be cancelled during rehearsals due to an unexpected illness. Later, I wrote a four-part TV series, 'Until the End of the Day.' Which I produced and acted in during the filming of the extended trailer.
I finished writing the screenplay "Texas" on Venice Beach. LA, at the end of 2019, after being invited to an LA film festival, where I won the best actor award for a short film. I also had the first rough ideas and wrote several pages of notes for 'Change the State of Play' while visiting Venice Beach. Initially, I wrote the screenplay with the idea of writing it as an action movie, which I finished at the end of June the following summer, in the middle of Lock-Down. Thinking to myself. 'What now?' I began writing my first book. "Change the State of Play"
I have begun writing the follow-up to the Isa Coombs Saga, Chain Reaction, and hope to have it ready for publishing by the end of summer 2024.
