Consequences. Most people dreaded them. Frank made a career out of them.
Frank's job was simple: people do bad things. And Frank would kill them. While this process was simple to learn, it took real talent to know how to kill someone and get away with it.
Frank's employers liked that he thought in terms of consequences.
Over the years, Frank had done well at assessing the consequences of his actions, making sure that his targets were dead and his teams (shooter, spotter and driver) were able to get away.
His employers prized Frank's talent. But Frank's talent had its own consequence. It turns out being able to worry out the 'what ifs' of any scenario is not something you can just switch off.
On or off the clock, Frank was always on: thinking, analysing, mulling over every potential choice and decision he could make. It kept him awake at night. It made him tired. Sick. Mad.
