Dr. Ankit Sharma is the Associate Director (Research), Center for Research, Impact and Outcome, at Chitkara University, Punjab, India. He received his doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from the Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, India. He has more than 10 years of experience in academics, research, consulting, training, and industry. Dr. Sharma has authored numerous national and international publications, has filed/published over 30 International patents, and is the Editor of the CRC Press/Taylor and Francis book series, "Innovations in Smart Manufacturing for Long-Term Development and Growth." He has been an editor of multiple books related to advanced manufacturing processes and published by CRC Press/Taylor and Francis and is the managing and special issue editor of several International Journals with databases of SCIE, ESCI, and Scopus-indexed. He has also delivered several invited seminars, and keynote talks on international (USA, China, and India) platforms and was awarded with best research paper awards. He is also on the reviewer board of several international journals.
Dr. T. Muthuramalingam is a Professor at the Department of Mechatronics Engineering, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, India. He has published many research papers in EDM, ECM, AWJM, LBM processes, optimization approaches, and Manufacturing automation and control. His primary area of research interests are unconventional machining processes and Mechatronics.
Dr. Salunkhe Sachin is a Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department at Gazi University, Ankara, Turkey. He received his bachelor's in mechanical engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, India, his Master of Technology in CAD/CAM, and his Ph.D. from S.V. National Institute of Technology, Surat, India. He has more than 120 research papers in reputed journals, conferences, and 9 book chapters to his credit. Also, Dr. Sachin is an editor of various reputable journals from various publishers. His main research interests are in press tool design, metal additive manufacturing, AI applications in manufacturing, expert systems for die design, sheet metal forming, wear analysis, fatigue analysis, and high strain rate.
