Brian Fujikawa was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a young man, he moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, where he joined the Carpenter's Union and helped build twenty-three of the most beautiful casinos in the world. When his daughter was born, Fujikawa started creating stories for his daughter. As she grew, his daughter, Daisy K, convinced her father to share these wonderful stories with others.
