Are you ready to walk in the freedom God designed for you?
The Plans He Has for Me is a 12-week guided devotional crafted to help you break free from unhealthy neurological habits surrounding alcohol, while deepening your faith, healing your mind, and restoring your true identity in Christ.
Unlike traditional "recovery" programs focused on shame and restriction, this faith-based journey invites you to step into hope, healing, and empowerment - embracing the truth that you are wonderfully made, deeply loved, and fully capable of change through the renewing of your mind (Romans 12:2).
Each day, you'll receive:
- A powerful Scripture reflection
- A "Mindful Minute" insight to meditate on
- A heart-centered prayer to anchor your progress
- A guided gratitude practice to renew your spirit
In this transformational journey, you'll learn:
- How to reframe alcohol habits through God's Word, not shame
- How to rewire your brain for hope, resilience, and lasting joy
- How to live fully in the freedom Christ already won for you
- How to stop living in the past - and start living your new story
"The mindful minutes were what I found most affecting... You may find surprising wisdom after letting them steep for a time in your mind." - Portland Book Review (5 Stars)
This is not about fighting an addiction. It's about healing your heart, rewiring your mind, and reclaiming the abundant life God always planned for you.
Begin today - one prayer, one day, one life-changing choice at a time

Person
Rose Ann Forte is a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach, a former C-suite executive, and a church ministry leader who understands firsthand the psychological and spiritual struggle of breaking free from alcohol. After decades of social drinking that intensified during personal and professional challenges, she realized alcohol had quietly enslaved her peace, her purpose, and her health.
When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, Rose Ann enrolled in a 90-day coaching program that profoundly transformed her life. Through that journey, she recognized how deeply God's truth was woven into the process of behavioral change and felt called to share the hope and healing she discovered.
She authored Prepare to Quit: Finding the Keys to a Spirit-Filled Life Beyond Alcohol to guide others through the often-overlooked "preparation" stage of change. Blending biblical truth, neuroscience, and practical tools, the book equips readers to say, "I'm ready," with clarity and confidence.
Rose Ann also created The Plans He Has for Me, a daily devotional helping thousands experience God's grace and guidance while letting go of destructive habits.
She lives in Scottsdale, Arizona, is a mother of four adult children, and is the former Chairman of the Board of Arizona Citizens for the Arts and currently serves on the Board of the Arizona Western College Foundation.
