Why? That's often the question, isn't it? Children to parents, us to God, and probably more often than we realise God to us. Why? God is at least as interested in the motives behind our actions as He is in the actions themselves. Your thoughts, words and actions are all of great importance, but behind them all are your desires, your reasoning, your motivations. In short, 'The Why', and this springing from 'The Who' - who you are at the very core of your being. God looks at the heart we're told. But what exactly does He want to find?
This book takes a close look at faith, hope and love, as the three motivational characteristics that God wants to infuse into the core of our being; seeking to understand what they are, how they start to define us, and in turn motivate what we do.
