Dr. Jianxu Wang is a Professor at the State Key Laboratory of Environmental Geochemistry, Institute of Geochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He received his B.Sc. in 2007 from North-West Agriculture and Forestry University, Xianyang City, Shanxi Province, China, and his Ph.D. in 2013 from the Institute of Geochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, China. Dr. Joerg Rinklebe is a Professor for Soil- and Groundwater-Management at the University of Wuppertal, Germany. He is internationally recognized for his research in the areas of biogeochemistry of trace elements in wetland soils.
Dr. Joerg Rinklebe is a Professor of Soil- and Groundwater-Management at the University of Wuppertal, Germany. He is internationally recognized for his research in the areas of biogeochemistry of trace elements in wetland soils. Dr. Rinklebe has published over 500 research papers, and four books entitled "Trace Elements in Waterlogged Soils and Sediments" (2016), "Nickel in Soils and Plants" (2018), "Soil and Groundwater Remediation Technologies" (2020), and "Vanadium in Soils and Plants" (2022) as well as numerous book chapters. He is the Editor of the international journal Critical Reviews in Environmental Science and Technology (CREST). He is a Visiting Professor at the Department of Environment, Energy and Geoinformatics at Sejong University, Seoul, South Korea, and Guest Professor at the Department of Environmental Engineering, China Jiliang University, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. Recently, Dr. Rinklebe was elected as Vice President of the International Society of Trace Element Biogeochemistry (ISTEB).
