For more than 30 years, he initiated, developed and technically managed contracts and programs dealing principally with engineering, computer systems, aerospace, communications and transportation. Major sponsors have been the Department of Defense (DoD), the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and the Department of Transportation (DOT).
Dr. Eisner has written, published and presented over two hundred unclassified papers/reports/tutorials in various fields of engineering and related areas.
