Poshan Yu is a lecturer in the University of Victoria Program at Soochow University, engaged in collaborative initiatives with globally recognized institutions including SKEMA Business School, Shanghai University's Australian Studies Centre, Emlyon Business School, George Washington University at Renmin University of China (RUC), and KEDGE Business School's RUC campus. His academic experience encompasses adjunct faculty roles at Krirk University (Thailand) and the European Business Institute (Luxembourg), complemented by a former casual academic at the University of South Australia Business School. Yu's research influence is underscored by two visiting scholar positions at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
