Description
Standard Shipping Vessel (SSV) Forger is in orbit around Ossirius Minor, awaiting its latest cargo delivery. Pilot and captain, Don Creighton, is the only person on board.
When the planet-side delivery vessel turns out to be an Ossirian intelligence ship, Creighton gets curious...and discovers his cargo isn't at all what he expected. Someone is out to get him; but who is it? And why? Is it because he recently became part-owner of the Forger?
The Shareholder, a five-thousand word short story, weaves a tense Science Fiction tale of intrigue and suspense as Creighton fights to save his ship, his life and his future.

Michael Dunne is an author, blogger and freelance writer. Previous works include the short stories, The Fire of Iblis, available in the Someone Wicked anthology, and A Fool Indeed.
Michael's current projects include the young adult fantasies Night's Edge and Dawn's Light, the first two novels in his New Kingdoms series. Similar in tone to The Fire of Iblis, a second dark Arabian fantasy, Night of the Assassins, is also underway.
