Serife Uguz Arsu completed her BA in Business Administration at Selcuk University in 2011, her MA in Management and Organization at Aksaray University in 2014, and her PhD in Business Administration in 2015. She is an assistant professor at the Department of Social Work, Faculty of Health Sciences, Aksaray University. She is interested in management organization, organizational behavior, human resources management, strategic management, entrepreneurship, women's entrepreneurship, gender, work psychology, and social work and has conducted studies in these areas, as well as national/ international studies on research methods, including qualitative and quantitative research. She also has training and certificates on qualitative research design, qualitative data analysis and computer- aided data analysis, and continues to conduct studies in this field. She is married to Assoc. Prof. Talip ARSU, who is also an academician, and has two sons named Arda and Atlas.
Richa Goel is an accomplished academic with 23+ years of experience in Economics and Management. She is an associate professor at Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies Noida, Symbiosis International University, PUNE. A Gold Medallist in Economics, she holds a PhD in Management with expertise in Diversity Management. She has to her credit more than 20 books and numerous papers published with leading publishers She is involved with training and has conducted many international and global conferences and has been a trainer for many FDPs concerning SDGs.
Tilottama Singh is a certified human resources analyst from IIM and a proficient academic, researcher, and trainer with more than 14 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and Work Dynamics. She is presently the head of Department in the School of Management, Uttaranchal Institute of Management, Uttaranchal University, Dehradun. Her areas of expertise are human resources, entrepreneurship, and strategy, and her teaching concentration includes human resources, strategy, and law. She started her career in the hotel industry with Leela Kempinski in the corporate head office in Human Resources and Training. Later, she joined the education sector with the topmost universities IMS Unison Group and Amity University, the leading university in Pan Asia. She has obtained her master's in human resources and management with distinction. Before that, she graduated in economics with honors and law with a distinction, with an added vocational course in mass communication and analytic certification from IIM. Having an enriched research portfolio with Scopus and international refereed journals, book chapters, and conference presentations, she has been awarded the Best Presentation Award at international conferences. She also serves as a member of AIMA and acts to lead and liaise between the student community and the industry delegates, with a keen interest in training and building sustainable models for business and society.
