He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering from the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (previously known as the West Bengal University of Technology), Salt Lake City, Kolkata, India, and a master's degree in computer science and engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, West Bengal, India. He has written several papers in the field of wireless networking and embedded systems.
